Jealous Fish have been making original music since our formation in early 2018. We have a deep guitar sound with its roots in 90s punk rock – We have all played in several bands and explored many genres (punk, electronic, rock, jazz, reggae). Having played separately on many stages, in many places, we formed Jealous Fish to reexplore our creativity and the sounds of our youth but with much more musical experience and talent within us – Kevin McKnight plays bass and keys, Julien Masson is a multi instrumentalist, focusing mainly on Guitar, Drums and Cajon and finally on vocals and guitar is Ferdia Kelly Murphy. Together we are Jealous Fish - the unknown favourite dish. We hunt for tunes from the heart that seek to touch deep within the soul of both the listener and ourselves. We aim to capture the audience with a genuine naive realism and a touch of angst. We pour it out to try to express our being here in these strange times and channel our energies in a positive way for hope. We thoroughly enjoy what we do and have played a number of live gigs which were greatly received
Your advance online support really matters. Doors open at 7.45pm / online tickets are 25% cheaper than door tickets - this is to encourage sales through the artists own ticket link from which the artists are paid.
Upon hitting a small Ticket Target the artist is paid a commission on all online ticket monies, so you're making a real and visible difference in directly supporting their music it this way. These earning increase significantly as ticket sales increase (up to 40%).
